group of design trained executive recruiters with special focus
on Architecture and Interior Design.
Our client base consists of design firms that range in size
from small local design firms to internationally recognized leaders
in the design industry.
Our client’s identity is held in confidence until they have
voiced an interest in a specific candidate and then and only
then is that firm's name disclosed.
All Design Search Associates' candidates have been prescreened, references
checked and portfolios reviewed prior to submitting resumes to
clients. If a client requires an in depth background investigation
on a candidate, we have those services available at an additional
charge.
Many clients rely on Design Search Associates to set up on-going searches
for qualified Design Talent, forwarding qualified candidates
that match their specific project and skill requirements, as
they are discovered.
Since our focus is on quality rather than quantity, we are able to
tailor programs designed for each recruiting situation. Our minimum
eligibility requirement is 4 years post graduate U. S work experience
thru Design Principals and professionally licensed Architects.
