Title:		Sr. Interior Designer-Hospitality FF&E-Shanghai

Their international presence, depth of experience, and detailed industry knowledge enables them to identify interior design trends at their source, make definitive predictions about new directions and innovations, and influence design standards at a global level. You need proven experience working with national and international hospitality supplier sources, and a finely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture and pattern. Your portfolio must demonstrate presentation boards, sketches, planning and other specification skills. Minimum of 10+ years experience with 4-5 star, high quality hotels, resorts and high end residential or condo hotels. Must be a self starter, team player who is able to research, prepare and present color and material concepts in a tasteful and unique format along with space plans, elevations and details. Must have complete knowledge of contract hospitality sourcing and technical knowledge for specifications and installation coordination of FF & E furnishings, decorative lighting, specifications and other related interior design contract documents. Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior designers on multiple projects. Ability to manage and oversee FF & E staff to ensure professional and timely delivery of interior FF & E schedules, budgets and interior construction documents for multiple interior design projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus. Professional Degree in Interior Design or Masters in Interior Architecture or equivalent preferred; or ten years related architectural interior experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Title:		Design Director/Hospitality Interiors-London
	Description:	Internationally acclaimed Hospitality Design Firm is seeking a Design Manager/Interiors with 10+ years of hospitality Interior Design experience. This position works closely with creative/design principal to establish design direction and heads the design team from concept design through project completion. Successful candidates will have the ability to translate design concepts to plans, elevations, and concept details for the rest of the design team to build upon. The position will also work closely with clients and hotel operators to ensure that both the aesthetic and operational requirements are met. Core Duties and Responsibilities: •Manage design team to meet project schedules, budgets and design quality •Lead design and development for projects including space planning, design of interior spaces in plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, construction & millwork details etc. •Ensure continuity and consistency of design deliverables •Maintain project schedules and manage team priorities •Correspond and coordinate with consultants including lighting, landscape, structural, MEP, operation and technical, VE and construction etc. •Review and check all work for design, accuracy and completeness Qualifications and Skills: •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture •Minimum of 10 Years of hospitality design experience •Knowledge of construction materials, details, methods, standards and building codes •Ability to lead and work effectively within a collaborative team environment •Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver •Strong organization skills and attention to detail •Leadership skills to motivate team and mentor junior designers •Must be proficient in CAD •Registered Architect & LEED AP preferred The ideal candidates for this position shall be highly motivated individuals with positive attitude and strong communication skills that are presently working in London or willing to relocate to London.
